The use of this Website and all transactions is governed by the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore Law.
Item Representation:
All images used in Domain.com’s website are provided by the manufacturers, efforts are taken to ensure accurate representation of the products as possible. However, due to constraints like lighting, photo taking, or settings on your monitor, a product’s actual colour may vary slightly from the photo. Different batches of productions might also vary slightly in dimensions or colour.
Dimensions:
Please make sure that the overall dimensions and the style of the products you ordered are suitable for the intended purpose. Please check all details on your order before confirming. Please seek clarification if anything is unclear.
Payment:
Full payment must be made before the stipulated delivery date. Failing which, UValue Home Solutions reserves the right to postpone the delivery date until the full payment is received.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer, or Paypal.
All cheques have to be crossed and made payable to “UValue Home Solutions”

Invoice:
An e-invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of order. Should there be any errors in the details, please inform us immediately by emailing hello@uvaluehomesolution.com with your invoice number. We will contact you within 2-3 working days to confirm and arrange delivery.
Please retain the invoice for warranty purposes and as proof of purchase.
Shipping/Deliveries:
Free delivery will be provided for orders above $180 except for cash and carry items, or in-store pickups
Delivery Charges apply to all other products at the following rates:
a) Smaller Items measuring below 330mm and 470mm – $10
b) Medium Sized Items – $25
c) Large Items – $80
We usually ship your orders in 3 to 5 working days if the stocks are available, otherwise, we will be in contact with you to make further arrangements. You are welcomed to contact use prior to your order if lead time is of concern to you.
We ship overseas on special request. Get in touch with us before placing the order and we will be happy to make arrangements for overseas purchases.
If you have ordered more than one item, you may receive the items separately, and at different delivery times, though in most cases, we will arrange for all the items to be delivered in one shipment. Should the items be delivered separately, you will be informed in advance.
If no one is present to receive the delivery in the agreed time slot and a repeat delivery is required, this will incur an additional charge.
Installation:
No installation included in product sales unless otherwise stated.
Damage policy:
Should there be any damage/defects of the product when delivered, please email hello@uvaluehomesolution.com with your invoice number immediately. We will arrange for a no questions asked one-to-one exchange of the items or the damaged portion within 6 months of purchase.
Please note that any “As-Sold or Clearance” items which are marked down for sale are sold at the condition that the buyer acknowledges the defects, and cannot be replaced or exchanged.
Items that are damaged as a result of inappropriate use will also not be eligible for replacement.
Defect in one or more items in the same purchase does not allow the right to cancel the entire invoice order.
Return and Refund policy:
All sales are considered final.
If within 7 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may exchange it for other items of equal value.
There will be no cash refunds issued for items returned.
Exchange policy:
All products qualify for an exchange except for the following:
Customised products
Clearance Items/Display Sets
Products that are not in new and unopened condition
Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, discoloured, dented, and/or damaged.
Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. UValue Home Solutions has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
UValue Home Solutions will not be liable for any fees incurred in returning the product for exchange.

Warranty:
We will replace any defective items at the earliest possible date with no extra charges. Please take a snapshot of the defect area, email to hello@uvaluehomesolution.com, and we will get back to you within 3 working days to arrange the replacement of the defective item.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall UValue Home Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages or losses of any kind in any manner in connection with or arising out of this terms, the site, services or content, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or opportunity, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses. in the event that applicable law does not allow the exclusion of warranties stated herein or the limitation of liability stated herein, then users expressly agree that in no event will UValue Home Solutions liability for any claim or damages hereunder exceed the amount paid by the relevant user to UValue Home Solutions in respect of any product or service being the subject of that user’s claim.
